Many valuable friendship in real-life start in the game clan" but when the clan become bad and the leader can not handle the vital issue within the clan, what should you do?
"I spend energy, time and effort going on Istina raid, to day. When it come items drop, some one took the Istina items and send it to clan leader. They admit clan leader decided to whom the item will be given. When I clarify the specific rule of it, I begin dismiss (kicked) from the clan members. I saw some items also gone from the WH without any information. I have bad experience joint to Greek clan, the previous ones (silentkillers - bartz) is the longest clan I ever joined and had the same problems. I was invited by friend who met on hunting zone. It was wonderful moment to meet him. But to day I see the bad motive of dropping epic distribution within the clan. How could people who not join the battle earning epic item by clan leader selection? so do you have any tips how to choose the best clan in Lineage2? I play on Bartz - Lineage2 NCsoft International".

So the objective of clan design can be reach as the game developer want. After we take short observation and discussion, here the tips we can suggest based on that problems:
- If you come from international player and want to joint the right clan, make sure the clan is an international clan. Speak in international language (ENGLISH) during clan life (chat, command, announcement, etc) is a must. So you can understand topic discussion real time. Avoid to clan who admit international clan but they speak mostly in their local language.
- Check the rule carefully and make sure the distribution of clan members is balance. No dominant local player.
- Check the rule of items dropping. Make sure they always use random system in every even. Random system is the best outcome than other system. Avoid clan who collects item to clan WH, except they have specific rule and a good audit system for their item drop distribution.
- Clan has web site, forum or other online media to inform real time news.
- Check the clan info on the Lineage2 official site for detail review.
- Review Leader vision and mission. Good clan has a good leader with a good command too.
- Even and clan activity, make sure clan life schedule and arrangement is clear information.
- Share clan on social media for review.
- Cleck clan rank and alliance: basically large clan has solid alliance and loyal member. Ask other member for review - how long they join clan and gather more info about the clan activity.
- Clan solidarity, make short observation of clan hunting and battle. If you meet couples of members of some clan hunt and battle together, it may reflect the clan solidarity. Make sure they have large members.
